Louise and Martina, the stars of MEET THE FOKKENS, are celebrities in Amsterdam where they cannot walk 10 yards without a request for an autograph or photo. I had the honor of a personal tour of the red light district and can only say that it is rare to meet two women with as much joie de vivre -- they advised me, "When troubles come, you make the best of it," and generosity. They don't hand out spare change to those who ask but 5 Euro bills. I learned a lot from them about more than the birds and the bees in the afternoon I spent.
